My passion for perinatal mental health is both professional and personal. As a mother myself, I understand the identify shift, emotional complexity and vulnerability that can come with pregnancy and the postpartum period. I am especially passionate about supporting mothers and moms-to-be who may feel overwhelmed, anxious, or alone in what they are experiencing.

I am committed to creating. counseling space that feels safe, compassionate, and grounded. I strive to help clients feel seen and understood while also equipping them with the tools and confidence that is needed to move forward with clarity and resilience.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas Tech University and my Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I have also completed advanced training and hold a certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C).

Outside of the office, I enjoy chasing my toddler around, spending time with family, indulging in something sweet, or spending time reading.

If you are ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you, wherever you are in the process.
